Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage online sales through e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart etc.
Create product listings on marketplaces and manage inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Analyze sales data using Excel reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop effective e-commerce marketing strategies to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in e-commerce development or related field.
Proficiency in catalog management, cataloguing, e-commerce marketing, ecommerce development, excel report preparation, listing products on multiple platforms (e.g. Amazon), order processing & fulfillment.
Strong understanding of product pricing strategies and ability to analyze sales data effectively.
