Upload product listings on various e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)Order Management:Handle end-to-end order processing from order confirmation to dispatchingLogistics Coordination:Manage and coordinate with shipping partners for smooth order fulfillmentInventory Control:Track and maintain accurate stock levels across platformsCustomer Service:Respond to daily emails and client queries in a timely and professional mannerReturns & Claims:Manage returns and initiate claims for wrong returns with follow-up until resolutionBusiness Development:Identify and explore new domestic and international client opportunitiesContent & Communication:Write fluent and attractive product content and communication in EnglishSocial Media Marketing:Create engaging social media posts using Canva and promote across various platforms.
Good command over MS Office, especially Excel
Basic to intermediate knowledge of e-commerce marketplace seller panels
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
Experience with Canva or similar tools for creative post designing
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-up ability
Willingness to learn and grow in the digital commerce space.
