The Catalog Manager will oversee and optimize product listings across major online marketplaces — including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of e-commerce SEO to maximize product visibility, discoverability, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Catalog & Listing ManagementCreate, upload, and maintain accurate product listings across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.). Ensure titles, descriptions, attributes, and images comply with each platform’s requirements. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-quality images, videos, and A+ content. Conduct regular catalog audits to correct errors, update inventory, and ensure consistency. 2. Keyword Research & SEO OptimizationPerform detailed keyword research for each product category to improve organic visibility. Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords using marketplace data and trends. Analyze competitor listings and implement strategies to outperform them in ranking and conversions. 3. A+ Content & Brand Store ManagementPlan, create, and manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content to enhance brand presentation and conversion rates. Work closely with creative teams to ensure visually appealing and impactful product pages. Manage and update the Brand Storefront on marketplaces for consistent brand identity and storytelling. 4. Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor catalog performance through marketplace dashboards and analytics tools. Track key metrics like impressions, CTR, conversion rate, and sales velocity to identify improvement areas. Collaborate with the marketing team to boost visibility through SEO, sponsored ads, and promotional campaigns. 5. Coordination & ComplianceWork cross-functionally with logistics, design, marketing, and operations teams for smooth catalog execution. Stay up to date with marketplace policies, trends, and emerging tools to ensure compliance and maximize performance. Preferred Skills & QualificationsProficiency with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or similar analytics platforms. Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty categories preferred. Understanding of product photography, creative content standards, and e-commerce SEO best practices. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
