Order Processing & Fulfilment.
Accurately process and manage online orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
Manage returns and exchanges.

Should have competent knowledge of computers and internet.
Should have proficient experience on Busy Software.
Should have strong time management skills.
Should have excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Should have ability to work independently.
Should have experience in e-commerce operations.
