E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize our product listings and sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for daily operations, account health, product visibility, and performance improvement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho seller accounts
• Create, update, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team
• Run and monitor sponsored ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Resolve account issues, A-to-Z claims, negative feedbacks, and ensure account health is maintained
• Plan and execute deals, discounts, and campaigns (like Big Billion Days, Prime Day, etc.)
• Analyze sales reports, traffic, and performance metrics
• Handle order processing, returns, and customer service coordination
• Ensure product visibility with proper keywords, SEO-friendly content, and backend optimization
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for images and creatives

✅ Skills Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in managing ecommerce platforms
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho
• Knowledge of ecommerce ads, keyword tools, and SEO
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and ecommerce taxes is a plus
