E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, D2C website, etc.)
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and stock availability
Coordinate with platform account managers for visibility and growth initiatives

Sales & Promotions

Plan and execute online promotions, deals, and campaigns
Monitor sales performance, discounts, and margins
Analyze platform reports to identify growth opportunities

Inventory & Order Management

Track inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or over-stocking
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for timely fulfillment
Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and claims

Marketing & Content

Coordinate with the marketing team for banners, creatives and brand stores
Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms
Support digital marketing initiatives (ads, SEO, keyword optimization)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

Experience

14 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably FMCG)
Hands-on experience with online marketplaces

Skills

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and FMCG dynamics
Good analytical and MS Excel skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of online advertising and digital marketing
