Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and emailv
• Promote food products, menus, offers, and seasonal campaigns online
• Coordinate online launches for new products or menu items
  

Social Media Management

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and short videos
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions
  

Content & Branding

• Work with designers and photographers for food visuals and videos
• Write engaging captions, blogs, and promotional content related to food and lifestyle
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency
  

Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Run and manage paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  

SEO & Website Support

• Optimize website content for search engines
• Support updates to menus, product pages, and blog content
• Improve online visibility and traffic
  

Collaboration

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and creative teams
• Work with influencers, food bloggers, and delivery platforms if required.

Requirements & Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 13 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in food/FMCG preferred)
  

Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
• Content creation and copywriting skills
  

Tools & Platforms

• Social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Google Analytics, Google Ads
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
