The Field Technical Intern will be responsible for visiting OEM (original equipment manufacturers) and STP contractors to explain our STP odour control solution and other products. You will provide them with free samples, demonstrate product applications, follow up on product usage, and maintain records of client interactions. It is essential to keep track of material orders placed by clients and maintain visit records and client data in the prescribed format. The role requires a minimum of 5 customer visits per day from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays off. This internship program has a duration of 3 months with a stipend of 10000/- per month and a petrol allowance of 2200/- per month. This internship opportunity offers you a chance to understand the applications of bioculture products in STP & ETP Plants, as well as odour control solutions for the environmental industry. You will have the opportunity to develop client interaction and customer handling skills, gain insights into STP plant operation systems, and learn to utilize Excel and CRM software in a corporate setting. Role Description This is a residential role based in North-East region Technical Sales Manager or Assistant Manager. The position is hybrid, for first 3 months Training in Pune office and post that you will be able to go back to Kolkata or nearby town & start work. The daily responsibilities include managing technical sales, providing account management, handling technical support, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. You should be well versed with the geography, local customer mindset of Northeast region & ready to travel extensively.
