Who We Are Looking For: A smart, reliable, and professional Male Executive to take charge of our E-Commerce Operations & Retail Management in Kolkata. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform (order management, customer queries, stock updates) Coordinate logistics and inventory at the Kolkata warehouse Handle retail sales, customer service, and walk-in clients at the store Maintain communication with artisans and internal teams Ensure product presentation, packaging, and timely delivery Coordinate with other branches ✅ What We Expect: Proficiency in English and Hindi (written and verbal) Basic knowledge of online selling platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, social media commerce) Presentable, well-behaved, and trustworthy personality Basic computer skills and good communication etiquette Minimum 1 year of work experience in retail or e-commerce preferred How to Apply: If you are passionate about Indian heritage, sustainability, and want to be part of something meaningful – we’d love to hear from you!
