Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Model Town, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon, Flipkart, or Etsy.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage end-to-end sales on various marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Etsy.
Coordinate with the Product Purchase team for inventory management and order processing.
Participate in promotions and campaigns on different marketplaces to expand business reach.
Supervise order shipping processes and raise claims with portals as needed.
Compile sale, purchase, and payment data for accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with the team for order process, packing, and stock maintenance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Etsy.
Excellent communication and coordination skills are required for effective cross-functional team collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for data analysis and informed decision-making.
Proficiency in Excel is essential for creating product viability studies and managing sales data.
A B.Com degree is preferred.
Experience in IT Software - Ecommerce / Internet Technologies is an added advantage.
