Job Description

E-Commerce Coordinator

Key responsibilities

Product management: Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing across various e-commerce platforms.
Digital marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage social media promotions, and monitor performance.
Sales and operations: Manage online sales, analyze sales data to track performance, forecast demand, and optimize pricing strategies.
Order fulfillment: Support the order processing and fulfillment cycle, which includes verifying orders, coordinating shipping, and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Website and platform management: Ensure the online store is functioning smoothly, which may involve setting up landing pages and maintaining site functionality.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon & Flipkart.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software is often required.
Experience with digital marketing tools and an understanding of SEO and PPC principles can be a plus.
