E-Commerce Account Manager (Product Listing + Seller Growth Specialist)

About the Role:
GST Solutions and Consultant is a fast-growing firm helping businesses sell and scale on leading e-commerce platforms like Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, and others. We provide complete support — from GST & accounting to online product management and business growth.

Now, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced E-Commerce Account Manager who can not only manage seller accounts but also help our clients grow their sales and presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and similar platforms.
• Handle product listings, uploads, catalog optimization, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor orders, returns, payments, and coordinate with platforms for issue resolution.
• Conduct reconciliation and payment follow-ups to ensure financial accuracy.
• Communicate with clients to plan business growth strategies.
• Maintain reports and analytics for account performance and sales improvement.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce account management or product listing.
• Good command over MS Excel, Email communication, and e-commerce dashboard tools.
• Must be responsible, proactive, and capable of handling clients independently.
• Bonus: Experience in catalog optimization, keyword research, and sales growth will be preferred.
