E-Commerce Account Manager - Accounting & GST Experienced

About the Role:
We are hiring a dedicated E-Commerce Account Manager with strong experience in platform-based seller management and accounting compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon, and also be experienced in GST, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seller accounts on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.
• Handle product uploads, order tracking, return disputes, catalog optimization
• Manage e-commerce reconciliations and payment follow-ups
• GST filing, bookkeeping, TDS, ESI, EPF & ITR work as per client need
• Communicate professionally with e-commerce portals and clients
• Maintain accurate records and reports for sellers

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Com graduate
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in E-Commerce Account Management
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance work
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and Email communication
• Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle clients independently
