Role Overview:

E-Commerce Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update our café listings on Zomato, Swiggy, Dineout, and other aggregator platforms.
• Ensure menu, pricing, photos, and offers are always updated.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews & ratings.
• Track and analyze sales trends to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order operations and promotions.
• Implement platform-specific campaigns to drive orders and visibility.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online food delivery platforms.
• Someone proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in the F&B industry.
