Job Description

Administrating monitoring Tools (Dynatrace or Splunk) and providing monitoring solutions for Server and application monitoring requirements. Understand ITIL framework and work on Incidents, Request, Change and Change tasks on SLA with strong attention to details and ability to follow process defined. Having extensive knowledge on Dynatrace and Splunk architecture, should be able to work on troubleshooting specific components of the Tool. Maintaining Dynatrace and Splunk components healthy and perform health checks. One-agent installation and upgrades. Debug and Perform troubleshooting to resolve operational issues with Agent based monitoring setup. Work in a client facing work environment with high level of responsiveness and responsibility. Should understand the challenges of clients, coordinate and provide needed solution. Working on Windows and Linux/ Unix OS to setup and troubleshoot monitoring. General requirements Excellent communication skills Willingness to work in 24*7 support project. Strong documentation and multitasking skills Working efficiently/ independently with minimal direction in a client facing role. Good team player and openness to learn other Tools Desired qualification 3 to 5 Years of Experience on administrating one or more than one monitoring Tools specified (Dynatrace, Splunk, Assure1 and Sevone) Good Experience on Linux commands Hands on experience on Windows Operating system Skills: Splunk Windows Linux ServiceNow
