Dynatrace Lead

As a candidate for the role of providing L2 support in Dynatrace activities, your key responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, managing, customizing, and troubleshooting APM solutions, primarily in Dynatrace. - Creating configuration and installation documents, design documents, SOPs, and other project governance and technical documents. - Demonstrating strong knowledge of Dynatrace monitoring tool. - Having good experience in RUM, including User action/session properties, request attributes, SLOs, calculated metrics, Mobile app user experience monitoring, Key user action metrics, Funnel charts for journeys, etc. - Creating dashboards, custom views, metrics, and alerts in the Dynatrace Dashboard Tool. - Maintaining Dynatrace components effectively without any issues. - Showing expertise in problem-solving within deadlines without impacting the customer. - Performing application performance analysis. - Creating user access based on requests. - Demonstrating knowledge of Alerting & Tagging Configuration. - Handling API rest services to pull reports. - Providing performance tuning suggestions to the application team based on reports. - Having basic knowledge of UNIX commands. - Customizing and configuring based on customer requirements. - Designing and implementing sophisticated data visualization strategies. - Monitoring Response Time and Web requests. - Generating and analyzing thread dumps. It is important that you are a good team player, receptive to suggestions, familiar with Dynatrace licensing activities, and able to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
