Experience:

Location:

8+ years in D365 Finance & Operations development, with expertise in X++ programming, data entities, and extensions.

Expertise in Azure integration services (e.g., Service Bus, Event Grid, Function Apps) and monitoring (e.g., Application Insights, Log Analytics). Coding in Azure Functions.

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom extensions for general journal processing, including data entities like LedgerJournalHeader and LedgerJournalLine.
Implement business logic for transaction validation, reconciliation, and posting workflows within D365 Finance. Collaborate with integration teams. Troubleshoot and optimize performance for high volume transaction processing. Document technical specifications and support deployment in cloud environments.

Required Skills and Experience.

Good experience in D365 Finance integrations, with hands on use of REST APIs, DMF packages, and OData endpoints.
Experience with external systems for financial data consolidation and ERP connectivity, including mapping tools (e.g., XSLT for XML). Proficiency in tools like Postman, Azure Logic Apps, and scripting (e.g., C#, PowerShell) for API orchestration, along with ETL processes. Knowledge of data mapping, XML/CSV/JSON formats, and handling large transaction volumes with retries, idempotency, and throttling. Expertise in Azure integration services (e.g., Service Bus, Event Grid, Function Apps) and monitoring (e.g., Application Insights, Log Analytics). Coding in Azure Functions. Background in secure integrations, including encryption, compliance standards, and handling sensitive financial data. Experience troubleshooting distributed systems, implementing webhooks or event driven architectures, and working with CI/CD pipelines.
