Ensure appropriate specification and technical-based selling by appropriate focus on Specification bank, and specification community Fosroc to be preferred choice automatically on all Industrial Chemicals requirement.
To exhibit keen sense of awareness and put sustained long term efforts to derive success in specification.
To assist the Areas sales managers in achieving the sales target set for the branch. Conduct In house presentations for Key specifiers and consultants for product up-date to the group.
Manage a continuous stream of specification Initiatives across all segment and all channels, and raise appropriate technical service requirement/statement of need to the technical department in line with market and customer requirements of product amendments/new products.
Participate in technical events like ACCE, REDECON, ICI, IE meetings
Sales, Marketing, Product Management. Consultants, Key specifies and Architects
10 years of experience
1-2 years of site execution experience
3 to 5 years of experience in CC industry
