Role & responsibilities

To actively and professionally manage the entire Business Development for the target region/customers from lead generation and lead management to preparing proposals (PPAP), handling price finalization, developing new customers and to achieve the desired targets. The position is responsible for ensuring the process and Submitting technical & commercial offer to the customer to enable the business development for the organization

Preferred candidate profile

1) Review and capture the applications of products, collecting technical specifications & demand visibility with business case validation for new products through NPD to get the business plan and meet the overall business requirements.

2) Identify opportunity in auto sector with new application of products in target customers by having a close interaction with superiors and coordinate for product related activities including costing with the support of in-house team to achieve sales volume as well as to ensure cash flow to the organization

3) Ensure the Quality and OTIF performance of the product during supplies to customers and maintain the good relationship with the customers by solving their technical queries on time to retain customers in the long run

4)Build network and strong influential business relationship with Internal and external customers.

5) Develop and implement various VAVE (Thickness Reduction, Bar to Tube, Seamless to Welded) for target customers in order to bring the improvement in the area of operational performance

6)Collaborate with P&D and manufacturing teams to tailor tube solutions for customers.

7)Lead product trials, testing, and performance evaluations at customer end.

8)Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering specifications

9)Analyse Market Dynamics and Competitor activities to identify oppourtunity for Growth. Develop Startegies to enhance customer base and revenues .

10) Prepare and present regular updates to managment on market and competition , provide insights and recommendation to capitalize the oppourtunity and counter action for competition movement

11) Facilitate enquiry processing, submitting the techno-commercial offer to the customers to meet NPD target
