We are having opening for Sr. Engineer - Molding at Nipro India Corporation Pvt Ltd

Qualification -

Experience - 10 to 12 Years

Roles & Responsibilities -

1 Effective and efficient utilization of all resources and carry out the production as per production plan and meet the production target.

2 Responsible for continual identification and implementation of continual improvement

3 Responsible for reviewing the performance of operation through MRM

4 Ensure smooth implementation of new project

5 Ensure the safety guidelines are followed in production department.

6 Coordinate with purchase to ensure the availability of required materials based on production schedule.

7 Assist in developing the vision and value for the organization.

8 Ensure the process objective and measurable is meeting the targets and ensure the quality is as per customer requirement, reduce defect and ensuring continuous improvement

9 Responsible for continual identification and implementation of continual improvement.

10 Responsible for reviewing the performance of operation through MRM.

11 Ensure adherence to quality system procedure & Ensure production activity is carried out as per SOP.

12 Ensure break down of tools & Machines minimum and targets, Implementation of 5S.

13 Ensure generation of idea to improve the performance of the function or organization and implement the suggestion those at reaccepted.

14 Responsible for contingency plan.

15 Responsible for day to day production activity, monthly targets & annual production targets.

16 Responsible for achieving productivity and rejection target.

17 Analyze and identify the action items based on production reports. Validate and reconcile production data for accuracy and management reporting.

18 Root cause analysis & identify corrective actions, facility to identify root cause, follow up and ensure the effectiveness of the corrective action.

19 While focusing on defect prevention should be able to dispose affected product and advise defect clearance.

20 Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals.

21 Present the data to management & representing department in top management meetings.

22 Inventory control in shop floor area spares management for equipments.

23 Interaction with vendors and carry out follow up activities.

24 Handling work force of operating Engineers and other team members, leading and motivating the team to achieve desired goal.

25 Training of new/existing personnel in quality, SOP, Product parameters.

26 Support improvement project and any other company initiative like cost saving projects and kaizens.

27 Maintaining internal housekeeping cleanliness and safety.
