Dy Manager/ Manager- Civil

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for smooth delivery of Civil Construction / Maintenance within Budget & Timeline meeting expectations of all stakeholders.
• Managing Vendors, Suppliers, Subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Project Execution, Monitoring, Site Management, Planning & Scheduling, preparation of L3 level recovery plan, three months rolling plan.
• Knowledge of contract management, procurement, cost estimate, measurement and billing, deviations and budget monitoring.
• Planning & Execution of Resources (Man, Material & Money).
• Good understanding of risk management, policies, procedures, construction materials and construction equipment.
• Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices, statutory rules and regulations, labour law and interaction with local authority.
• Knowledge of construction methodology and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and quality plan.
• Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and meet contract obligations by developing relationships with reliable contractors and vendors.
• Ensure timely completion of defects raised by concern users.
• Maintain day to day required materials for maintenance works.
• Maintain all the records of material, manpower, bills.
• Planning and execution of scheduled civil activities.
• Train the workforce involved civil maintenance activities.
• Verification of bills as per standard SOP.
• Preparation of BOQ and Estimates.
• SAP related works i.e. P.R. raising, bill processing, material issue etc.
• Handle the immediate team for timely completion of defects.
• Ensuring Compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Functional Competencies:

• Field experience in construction activities.
• Technical knowledge of all construction and civil maintenance system.
• Knowledge of safety requirements.
• Technical trouble shooting.
• Technical skills: SAP, Microsoft, AutoCAD.
