Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Preventive, predictive and break down maintenance of Utility and Plant machines as per the schedule
Coordinate with supervisor for the availability of utilities like Compressed air, Power, Steam, Chilled water and Water as per the internal customer requirement.
Responsible continuous process improvements in terms of energy saving and Cost saving and automation.
Adhere to GMP practices. Adhere to safety & quality standard operating procedures.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction of Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment.
Daily monitoring and maintaining logbooks electrical systems performances like Power consumption(kwh), power factor, voltage, etc.
Reviewing the consumption of section wise power, briquette, diesel, etc.
Maintain a complete record of all Engineering.
Identify and implement process improvements in Engineering.
Identify and implement projects on sustainability and EHS.

a. Utility Operations & Maintenance.

b. Cosmetics Machines Maintenance.

c. Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentations Exposure.

d. Budgeting Control & Statutory Compliance.

e. Having good exposure on ISO 9001-2015 & ISO 22716 requirements
