Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Draft and manage letters, applications, and official correspondences with:

MCGM
SRA
Other planning and development authorities in the MMR

Thorough understanding and application of:

DCPR 2034
UDCPR

Review and interpret municipal plans, development control rules, and architectural submissions.
Liaise for obtaining:

Building Proposal approvals
Development Plan (DP) approvals
Ward Office clearances
FIRE NOC
Environmental Clearances
Other project-specific NOCs

Understand
Revenue Records
and
CTSO procedures
Manage documentation and follow-ups for
Redevelopment Projects
, coordinating with consultants, authorities, and internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
5–8 years of relevant experience in liaisoning, municipal approvals, and regulatory coordination in MMR.
In-depth understanding of
building byelaws
,
zoning norms
, and approval protocols.
Strong drafting, communication, and follow-up skills.
Proficient in:

AutoCAD
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of planning/design software is an advantage.
