Role Description

This is a full-time corporate role based in Hyderabad for a Deputy General Manager (HRD) at Sentini Bio-Products Private Limited. The role will involve overseeing corporate human resource development, HR management, career management, and implementing HRIS systems.

Qualifications

Experience in Human Resource Development Department at Corporate office level is a must.
25 years experience in HRD is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and thorough grip on Labour laws and case law .
Strong organizational and leadership abilities along with liason skills to handle Government & public relations.
Experience in Marketing oriented industries is essential
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
