The Chief General Manager (Finance) will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, managing accounting functions, and ensuring internal controls are in place. Must have 25 years experience in large commercial organisations in Finance department, out of which 3 years as Finance Head . Must have hands on experience of arranging funds from banks, private investors and I.P.O. Others : Financial Statements and Accounting skills Analytical Skills and Finance expertise Experience in establishing and monitoring internal controls Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent leadership and communication skills.
