DWS CSO COO Support Officer, AVP

Role Overview: You will be working as a Chief Operations Officer (COO) Support Officer at DWS Group (DWS) in Pune, India. Key Responsibilities: - Support the function and functional meetings to ensure governance responsibilities are consistently achieved - Collaborate with CSO COO, CSO, and CSO personnel to ensure accurate and tailored reporting - Manage and track BaU budget and other function level budgets - Assist in CSO hiring process from role creation to approval - Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clarity in security roles during transitions - Handle secretarial responsibilities for Security Governance Forums including agenda collation, action tracking, Terms of Reference maintenance, etc. - Act as a control owner for governance requirements and provide evidence for audits such as SOX, ISO 27001 - Own and compile the Security Business Recovery Plan - Execute priority actions as directed by GRC and Transformation Qualifications Required: - Proactive attitude with experience in information, technical, or cyber security, preferably in the financial sector - Proven track record of working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders - Project management certification would be advantageous - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with attention to detail - Sound strategic and operational business awareness with proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Tableau, or similar tools Additional Company Details: DWS Group (DWS) is dedicated to transforming its Technology function and expanding its internal capabilities.
