Job Description

Job Summary:

The DW Solutions Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data warehouse (DW) and business intelligence (BI) solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performing, and secure data solutions that support strategic decision-making and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data warehouse solution design, including architecture, data modeling, integration, and reporting.
Define data management strategies and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
Collaborate with business users to understand analytical requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Manage ETL/ELT development and data integration from multiple sources.
Oversee BI/reporting tools implementation and ensure optimal data delivery for dashboards and analytics.
Optimize performance and scalability of DW environments through best practices in database tuning and architecture.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Manage and mentor data engineering and analytics teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities and business intelligence platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
data warehouse architecture

ETL processes
, and
data modeling (dimensional/star schema)

Expertise in
SQL

ETL tools
(e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage, Azure Data Factory, etc.), and
BI tools
(Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
Experience with
cloud data platforms

AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake
