Duty Manager/Supervisor

Supervise and train front desk staff to maintain high service standards. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Monitor and manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and positive guest experience. Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office activities. Uphold the hotel's standards of customer service and hospitality. Qualifications: Previous experience in front office or hotel management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in hotel management software. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Compensation: Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
