Duty Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations:Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the hotel during their shift, ensuring all departments are staffed and functioning correctly.
• Guest Services:Act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Staff Management:Lead, motivate, and mentor staff, ensuring high performance levels and providing hands-on guidance and support.
• Emergency & Problem Solving:Respond to and manage emergencies, making quick, effective decisions to resolve operational challenges and guest issues.
• Financial Oversight:Manage budgets and control expenditures to meet hotel operational targets.
• Standards & Compliance:Ensure that service standards and operating procedures align with hotel policies and that health, safety, and legal regulations are met.
• Facilities Maintenance:Check the aesthetic appearance and functionality of public spaces and guest areas.
• Communication:Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless operations and inform staff about schedules and upcoming events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
