Role Description

This is a temporary remote position for a Dutch Translator. The role involves translating written content from English to Sutch and vice versa while maintaining cultural and contextual accuracy. Responsibilities include proofreading and editing translations for quality assurance, collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines, and conducting research to ensure proper application of terminology. The translator may also assist in creating subtitling content and participate in voice-over projects as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Dutch and English languages, including excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Experience in translation, proofreading, and editing written content.
Ability to conduct research and apply appropriate terminology and phrases for contextual accuracy.
Knowledge of subtitling and voice-over processes is a plus.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Relevant certifications or training in language translation or linguistics are highly desirable.
Familiarity with translation software or tools is advantageous
