Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for a CSR Trainer. The CSR Trainer will be responsible for training customer service representatives, enhancing customer support skills, improving customer satisfaction levels, and optimizing the overall customer experience.

3. How to Engage Frontline team in your CSR / BCP Project
