Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivatedCAE Engineer with strong expertise in pre-/post-processing, simulation tools, and fatigue analysis. The role involves working on suspension system components and delivering high-quality virtual validation results to support product development.Key Responsibilities:Performpre- and post-processing of simulation models usingANSA andMeta Post .Executestructural simulations in Abaqus , including bothlinear and non-linear static analyses .Conductfatigue simulations and durability assessments, preferably usingnCode .Collaborate with design and product engineering teams to provide simulation insights forsuspension system development .Interpret and document simulation results, highlighting critical design considerations.Ensure timely delivery of simulation reports aligned with project milestones.QualificationsBachelor/ Masterdegree in Mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace Engineering or related field.212 years of relevant CAE experience in automotive or related industries.Familiarity with other durability, dynamics, or optimization tools will be an added advantage. Essential skillsRequired Skills & Experience:Strong proficiency inANSA andMeta Post for model preparation and results evaluation.Hands-on experience inAbaqus for structural simulation.Exposure tolinear and non-linear static analysis techniques .Product knowledge of suspension systems and their behavior under different load cases.Good understanding offatigue fundamentals and prior experience withfatigue simulation tools (preferably nCode).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret engineering results for design recommendations.Tool Knowledge:AnsaAbaqusMeta PostncodeExperience3 to 12 YearsIn OEM and Tier 1 Automotive
