As a Bcom or Law Fresher, you have the opportunity to join Socradamus Capital Private Limited for a role that provides exposure to Due Diligence and Valuations. Your role will require strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed due diligence on AIFs, examining legal and operational aspects. - Analyze fund structures, investment strategies, performance metrics, and compliance documentation. - Prepare comprehensive reports with key recommendations for internal and client review. - Evaluate fund compliance with SEBI regulations and other laws. - Provide valuation support from project concept to commissioning stage. - Assist in preparing documents such as teasers, Portfolio Valuation reports, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling. - Communicate effectively with Clients, fund managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders. - Stay updated on AIF sector trends and regulatory changes. - Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare fund performance with industry standards. Qualifications and Skills: Education: - Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Law Experience: - Freshers Only Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools. Soft Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
