Due Diligence, Valuations

Role Overview:

We are inviting applications from motivated and career-oriented Bcom or Law Freshers for opportunities at Socradamus Capital Private Limited. The role offers a well-rounded exposure across Due Diligence and Valuations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Due Diligence and Research:
• Conduct in-depth due diligence on AIFs, including legal, and operational aspects.
• Review and analyze fund structures, investment strategies, performance metrics, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and key recommendations for internal and client review.
• Compliance and Regulatory Review:
• Evaluate the fund’s compliance with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) regulations and other applicable laws.
• Ensure alignment with organizational and industry standards during the evaluation process.
• Valuation:
• Provide valuation support for all projects from concept to commissioning stage.
• Provide support in preparing documents including teasers, Portfolio Valuation reports, etc.
• Provide support in preparing cash flow analysis and financial modelling.
• Work on investor pitch deck, market valuation, market analysis, Design, improve, and implement valuation models, incorporating industry changes.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate effectively with Clients, fund managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Present findings and insights clearly and professionally to internal teams and clients.
• Market Awareness:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and regulatory changes in the AIF sector.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare fund performance with industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Experience:
• Freshers Only
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM, Work from Office Only

Saturday: Flexibility to Work from Home in case of work, reporting to Office only in case required
