Duck creek Solution Lead

Role Overview

The Software Solutions Engineering Lead is responsible for leading the project

engineering team in defining and reviewing the technical requirements for the Duck

Creek Platform, including security, integration, performance, quality, and operations.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for engineering and customization

issues for both the customer and the internal project team.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the end-to-end software development process, from analysis and design to

implementation, QA, delivery, and maintenance.

 Review and confirm the completeness and consistency of customization

deliverables, addressing any inconsistencies identified.

 Customize products to meet customer specifications, including user interface

adjustments and third-party software integrations.

 Lead the internal team to deliver successful project outcomes while anticipating

challenges and implementing effective solutions.

 Serve as the product and project expert and primary point of contact for

engineering and customization issues.

 Act as the primary escalation point for project teams and customers, involving

leadership only when necessary.

 Contribute intellectual property back into the Duck Creek practice.

 Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

 Perform additional duties as required.
