DTS Executive

As a Rooms & Guest Services Operations Associate at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, you will be responsible for answering, recording, and processing all guest requests, questions, or concerns through various communication channels such as telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices. Your duties will include operating the telephone switchboard, handling wake-up calls, and directing calls to the appropriate extension. It is essential to accurately receive, record, and relay messages, as well as log all guest requests or issues into the computer system for follow-up. Your role also involves providing information to guests regarding room features, property amenities, and local attractions, in addition to assisting with food & beverage orders and guestroom entertainment. Moreover, you will play a key role in supporting management by participating in employee training, motivation, and coaching. Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures are also part of your responsibilities. Maintaining a professional appearance, upholding confidentiality, and delivering exceptional guest service are integral aspects of this position. Additionally, you will assist guests with internet access, parking procedures, and any other inquiries they may have. To excel in this role, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 1 year of related work experience. While prior supervisory experience is not mandatory, possessing strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
