Job Description – DTP Operator

Position: DTP Operator
Location: Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, formatting, and finalizing documents, marketing materials, and other design-related outputs for both print and digital use.

Key Responsibilities

Design and format brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, newsletters, and other documents.
Ensure accuracy in layout, fonts, images, and overall design quality.
Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to finalize deliverables.
Make corrections and adjustments as per stakeholder feedback.
Prepare files for printing and ensure compatibility with printing requirements.
Maintain organized archives of templates, artwork, and final documents.
Deliver high-quality outputs within given timelines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail with an eye for layout and typography.
Knowledge of pre-press, printing processes, and file formats.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
