Job Description

DTP Operator Role and Duties

Proofread final copy and edit graphics for textbooks, diaries, and other printed curriculum books.
Create and format placemats, flyers, newsletters, brochures, and more.
Use company templates and custom-designed PowerPoint layouts.
Import copy and graphics into design templates.
Format copy and graphics into design templates.
Design graphics for traditional and online advertising, social media, and promotions.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve document or file issues.
Developing the design concept for each project, including selecting fonts and colors, deciding layout and format, and creating a mockup for client approval.
Reviewing content for grammatical errors or spelling mistakes before publication

Desktop publishers should be able to complete all these functions not only accurately, but within certain timelines as well.

They most likely juggle one or more deadlines almost concurrently. He must be having a good knowledge of Softwares like InDesign , Photoshop, PageMaker, Corel Draw, Illustrator etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
