Job Summary:
The Desktop Publishing (DTP) Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the production of high-quality print and digital documents. This role ensures that all materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintain design consistency, and meet project deadlines. Acting as a key link between writers, designers, translators, and printers, the DTP Coordinator ensures smooth workflows and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all phases of the desktop publishing process, from content receipt to final delivery.
• Oversee formatting and layout for a wide range of documents, including brochures, manuals, reports, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure strict adherence to organizational brand standards and design guidelines.
• Manage multiple DTP projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and complexity.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness of final output.
• Maintain updated knowledge of publishing tools, software, and best practices.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office).
• Excellent attention to detail, layout, and design accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
