Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets for
Home Loan and LAP
through direct sourcing and relationship-building.
Identify and acquire new clients by sourcing leads and converting them in collaboration with
channel partners
.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines, standardized sales processes, and documentation norms for efficient and compliant closure of cases.
Maintain strong business relationships to drive sustained growth in the HL and LAP portfolio.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the loan process.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:
Graduate (mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in
Home Loan and LAP
vertical (mandatory)
Skillset:
Strong sales orientation, understanding of loan documentation, and ability to work with channel partners
Other:
Good communication and interpersonal skills, target-driven, and self-motivated
