Our easy-to-use digital banking solutions empower financial institutions to simplify operations and expand their reach, especially in rural and semi-urban markets.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who has strong experience in the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a “go-getter” attitude and proven sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage DSA partners to promote and sell Hyperfin’s software solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence within the BFSI ecosystem.
• Conduct field visits to meet DSAs, financial institutions, and cooperative banks.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Gather market feedback and share insights with the product team for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in BFSI, Fintech, or DSA network sales.
• Strong understanding of DSA operations and channel business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel extensively.
• Familiarity with financial products or software sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
