Role Overview

We are looking for a Key Accounts Executive (Female) with excellent communication and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting software demos, daily client coordination, and ensuring smooth post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for clients and prospects.
• Handle day-to-day coordination and monitoring of client operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support account growth and retention initiatives.
• Work closely with the technical and sales teams to address client needs.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up reports on client activities.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Servicing (preferably in BFSI or Software industry).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (mandatory).
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients efficiently.

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidates only (Client-facing role).
• Based in Bengaluru and comfortable with client visits as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
