Key Responsibilities Conduct product demonstrations for clients and prospects. Handle day-to-day coordination and monitoring of client operations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Support account growth and retention initiatives. Work closely with the technical and sales teams to address client needs. Maintain documentation and follow-up reports on client activities. Requirements 2 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Servicing (preferably in BFSI or Software industry). Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who has strong experience in the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a “go-getter” attitude and proven sales expertise. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage DSA partners to promote and sell Hyperfin’s software solutions. You will assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings, support monthly and yearly closing activities, and coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial data and documentation. It is crucial for you to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all accounting tasks. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of relevant accounting experience. - Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics. - Good Excel skills and attention to detail. - Preferably worked under a CA or in a startup setup. - CA Inter / Completed CA / M.Com candidates are encouraged to apply. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
