Drone Sales Manager

Drone Destination Limited, India’s leading integrated drone company is building the future of unmanned aviation—across training, drone-as-a-service, aerial mapping, drone sports, and more. We are expanding our reach across agriculture, survey mapping, asset inspection and surveillance and monitoring, and are looking for a high-performing Drone Sales Manager to lead these efforts across government, institutional and consumer markets.

• 4 – 6 years of tech sales experience in drones, agri-tech, robotics, or GIS/mapping
• Strong exposure to drone hardware, DGCA norms, payloads, and UAV ecosystem
• Familiar with government procurement (GeM), institutional tendering, and sales cycles
• Excellent pitch-making, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills
• Willingness to travel for on-ground activation, demos & conferences

• Build and execute the national sales strategy for our Multirotor and Hybrid fixed wing VTOL platforms across Agriculture, GIS, Infra, Utilities, Security & Surveillance domains
• Drive sales across B2B (dealers, drone startups), B2G (state departments, PSUs, Smart City), and B2C (farmers, DaaS players)
• Develop Dealer/ Distributor network for Institutional Sales
• Manage tenders and listings on platforms like GeM
• Lead product demos, exhibitions, and pilot deployments
