Job Description

Driving Duties:
Safely drive company executives, staff, and guests to meetings, events, and official visits.
Provide personal driving support to employer/family members as and when required.
Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off at designated locations.
Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep:
Conduct daily checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights).
Ensure vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior).
Arrange routine maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs.
Keep records of fuel usage, servicing, and mileage.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to traffic rules, regulations, and company safety policies.
Maintain valid driving license and required permits.
Ensure safety of passengers at all times.
Administrative & Support:
Assist with delivery/collection of documents, parcels, or official items when required.
Maintain a daily logbook for trips, timings, and vehicle condition.
Provide assistance in case of emergencies, breakdowns, or accidents.

Work Conditions:

Full-time position (company + personal duties).
May involve extended hours, weekend, or outstation travel.
Dress code: Neat and professional attire.
