Job Title: Driver – Office & Personal Work (MD)

Location: Kochi

Job Purpose:

To provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for the Managing Director (MD) for both official and personal engagements, while maintaining the vehicle in excellent working condition and supporting office errands when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving & Transportation
• Drive the MD to and from office, meetings, appointments, and personal commitments safely and on time.
• Ensure punctuality and a smooth driving experience.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety practices.
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle (interior and exterior).
• Conduct regular checks on fuel, oil, water, brakes, and tires.
• Arrange timely servicing, repairs, and insurance renewals.
• Keep proper records of vehicle mileage, servicing, and fuel consumption.
• Personal & Office Errands
• Assist the MD with personal tasks such as shopping, pick-up/drop of family members, and other household requirements.
• Support office-related errands, document delivery, and administrative runs when necessary.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the MD’s personal and professional matters.
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Ensure discretion during conversations and while handling sensitive information.
• Logistics & Coordination
• Plan routes in advance to ensure timely arrival and avoid traffic delays.
• Stay updated on alternate routes and traffic conditions.
• Coordinate with office/admin staff for scheduling.

Requirements:

• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 to5 years of driving experience, preferably for senior executives.
• Good knowledge of city routes, traffic regulations, and navigation apps.
• Ability to handle luxury and high-end vehicles.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and late evenings if required.
• Trustworthy, well-groomed, and disciplined personality.
