Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and build a strong team of field executives, telecallers, and recruitment coordinators focused on driver onboarding and retention.
Own the end to end driver acquisition strategy, from lead generation and funnel creation to conversion and onboarding.
Ensure timely and adequate driver supply in line with city-wise vehicle deployment plans for ETS, RAC, and Uber verticals.
Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and training teams to run targeted campaigns across different pockets of the city and to create a consistent pipeline.
Track daily hiring metrics and performance using dashboards and report key recruitment KPIs weekly.

Preferred candidate profile

3 - 4+ years of experience in hiring gig workers/blue-collar workforce, preferably in logistics, ride-hailing, delivery, or staffing domains.
Should have handled recruitment at scale and speed in a fast-paced operational environment.
Must be street smart, execution driven, and people oriented, with a pulse on the driver ecosystem in Bangalore.
Comfortable working on-ground and shuttling across the city for campaigns or field hiring activities - this is not a desk job.
Working knowledge of Kannada and Hindi will be a big plus.
