Key ResponsibilitiesDriving DutiesSafely drive company staff, visitors, and management as required. Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and materials. Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the company vehicle. Ensure the vehicle is always fueled, serviced, and road-ready. Follow all traffic rules and ensure safe driving practices. Maintain a logbook of trips, mileage, and expenses. Office Boy DutiesAssist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering documents internally. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Handle office cleaning, organization, and maintaining pantry supplies. Support administrative staff with errands inside and outside the office. Coordinate with courier services for pickup and delivery. Run general errands such as bank visits, bill payments, and purchasing items when required.
