Driver cum office assistant

Sampada VR speciality eye care LLP is seeking a dedicated and attentive Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic by assisting in a variety of tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be residents of Tirur or the adjoining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate departments within the organization.
• Handle the collection, dispatch, and tracking of couriers and parcels.
• Provide support to the receptionist, optometrist, and administrative team as needed.
• Transport and assist wheelchair-bound patients within the clinic.
• Conduct general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and preparing documents.
• Execute various clerical duties, which may include tasks outside the office premises.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th-grade pass or ITI or Diploma
• Must possess a valid four-wheeler driver's license and be comfortable driving as part of the job duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
