Role Overview:
We are hiring a professional and reliable Driver to work directly with the MD & CEO of the company. Your primary responsibility is to provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation for the MD & CEO, as well as manage the vehicle's maintenance and upkeep. Discretion, punctuality, and a professional attitude are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving Duties:
o Provide safe and timely transportation to office, meetings, events, and other destinations.
o Handle occasional transportation of goods, packages, or important documents as required.
o Plan and follow routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic and road conditions.
2. Vehicle Maintenance:
o Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in top condition at all times.
o Conduct regular checks for mechanical issues and schedule routine servicing.
o Immediately report any vehicle damage, malfunctions, or accidents to management.
3. Navigation and Scheduling:
o Use GPS or maps to identify the best routes to save time and avoid delays.
o Stay updated on traffic, road closures, and weather conditions.
4. Professionalism:
o Assist with luggage or documents when needed.
o Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
· Driving License: Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
· Qualification: 10+2 or higher
· Experience: At least 3–5 years of driving experience, preferably with senior executives.
Skills:
o Familiarity with traffic rules and regulations.
o Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
o Proficiency in using GPS devices or maps.
Personal Traits:
o Punctual, dependable, and presentable.
o High level of discretion and confidentiality.
o Ability to remain calm under pressure or in unexpected situations.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary: ₹2.16 Lakh- 3.00 Lakh per annum depending on the experience.
2. PF, ESIC and Gratuity: Benefits as per company policy.
3. Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday off, except during emergencies or exigencies.
4. Working Hours: Standard working hours not exceeding 48 hours per week, ensuring work-life balance.
5. Leave: As per company policy.
6. Insurance as per company policy:
o Health Insurance for medical coverage.
o Life Insurance for family financial security.
o Accident Insurance for workplace safety.
